Heather L. Blackwell graduate with honors from Lamar University in 1994 with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Economics. Heather received her J.D. with honors from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1998. Heather practiced with the firm of Sheldon & Dunham, PLLC from 1999 through February 2012, and currently practices with Moore Landry, LLP. She has experience with general civil litigation, alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and appellate matters in state and federal courts.
Since 2012, Heather has also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Lamar University in Beaumont, where she taught Human Resource Management courses in the Management and Marketing Department of the College of Business.
