A native of the Texas Hill Country, Mr. Crosby moved to Southeast Texas following law school. His practice primarily focuses on business, commercial, and construction matters. Mr. Crosby routinely counsels small and medium-sized businesses on corporate structure, contract negotiation and review, risk management, and employee contracts and compensation packages. Mr. Crosby also represents local contractors and construction companies in disputes ranging from construction defects to breaches of contractual obligations.
His practice includes protecting his client’s interests in the courtroom, where Mr. Crosby obtained a unanimous jury verdict in favor of a local home builder in a dispute over payment for services rendered. This success followed Mr. Crosby’s representation of a local business in a multi-party lawsuit in which the plaintiff received a multi-million dollar verdict in her favor, with Mr. Crosby’s client being found without fault. In addition to the courtroom, Mr. Crosby represents his client’s interests before administrative and regulatory agencies, such as the Texas Workforce Commission, and in FINRA arbitrations.
